​Prefabricated  



Current lifestyle, with its growing consumer material abuse, produces an outrageous amount of waste that must be treated in a sustainable way.  This is the challenge of Green BioProducts, Green Tech and Energime, three high tech companies I collaborate with, which vertically integrate waste treatment, recycling and manufacturing of prefabricated modular elements composed of recycled plastic and biomass composite materials.

With great pleasure, I have been integrating the design of new materials into architecture and housing (including their different construction elements such as beams, panels, blocks, tiles, etc.), sound barriers and platforms including temporary rig mat pathways, among other products developed.

Self-sufficient neighborhoods represent the new urbanism environmentalists  are calling for, with practical results marrying high tech with ancient architectural principles of  sustainability, light, energy, and passive thermical systems in nature.

This is a process which I hope to be increasingly accepted for the cause of greening-up our planet; ultimately, the home we all share.

El estilo de vida actual, con su creciente abuso del consumo, acaba produciendo una cantidad escandalosa de residuos, los cuales deben tratarse de algún modo sostenible. La apuesta de Green BioProducts, Green Tech y Energime, empresas con las cuales colaboro, proponen un sistema verticalmente integrado de tratamiento y producción de elementos prefabricados con materiales compuestos de plástico reciclado y biomasa.

Tengo el gusto de haber participado en el diseño de casas prefabricadas, con sus distintos elementos de montaje (vigas, paneles, bloques, tejas, etc.), barreras de sonido y plataformas para vías rodadas temporales, a los que se suman otros productos en proceso de desarrollo y que espero sean cada vez más aceptados por el bien del planeta, que es la casa que compartimos.
